Information you provide

When you send a business inquiry, we may collect your first name, last name, work email address, company, optional phone number, the service or topic you are exploring, and your message. Please do not include passwords, confidential customer records, payment information or other sensitive personal information in the contact form.

Campaign and referral details

When present, the website may associate your inquiry with campaign identifiers, such as UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content, advertising click identifiers, a landing-page path and the referring website domain. This helps us understand which business topics and marketing activities lead to inquiries. We do not need this information for you to submit a message.

Why we use the information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, evaluate whether our services match your needs, manage business opportunities, keep appropriate correspondence records, and protect the website against abuse. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.

Zoho CRM webform processing

Our website contact form sends the submitted information to Zoho CRM, a third-party service provider used to manage business inquiries and related lead records. Data submitted through this form is processed under Zoho's applicable service and privacy terms. You can review Zoho's Privacy Policy. Service providers may process information in countries different from your own.

Website measurement

AHACX uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, which service pages attract interest, and whether visitors complete relevant actions. The analytics tag is loaded only if you select “Allow analytics” in our website preferences. With your permission, Google Analytics may use cookies and collect technical and usage information such as page views, browser and device characteristics, and selected website interactions. We do not send contact form names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names or message contents as analytics event parameters. Declining analytics does not affect the contact form. Your analytics preference is remembered using a first-party preference cookie so you are not asked on every page, including when moving between ahacx.com and www.ahacx.com. Retention and security

We retain business inquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate potential engagements, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. We take reasonable measures to limit access and protect information, but no online service can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask us to review, correct or delete information provided through our website, subject to applicable legal and business-record requirements. Submit your request using our contact form and select Privacy / data request. If you are not contacting us on behalf of a company, you can enter Individual in the required Company field.
